Exhibition Inspiration
Before Exhibition a few students, include me, went to High Tech High Chula Vista with Colleen and Nikki. Chula Vista had just recently had their own all school exhibition so all of their work was still up. It was very refreshing to see quality permanent work around their school. Something that international lacks is work that lives on after the project. For this exhibition one of our main focuses was to make work that younger generations of High Tech High International students could be inspired by. We took lots of pictures and totally acted like tourists in their school, which was fun.
When we got back to school all buzzed with ideas we talked as a group about what we wanted to incorporate in our Exhibition. A couple ideas that we came up with is:
Interview---> Creative Writing---> Mural
Another idea that we refined is the process wall. We did so much work through out this project and we really wanted to show it off. We thought it would be cool if we used the catwalk and had our work hanging from the ceiling, spinning on the railing, and include the steps of the project. We created a Powerpoint (below) of all of our ideas and presented it to our class.

- interactive work
- a mural
- kinetic art
